Homestead Germantown is an extended-stay
lodging facility with on-site laundry,
free local telephone calls and personalized
voice mail. Each room includes a complete
kitchen, cookware, dishes and cutlery,
as well as a work area with computer dataport.
As of January 1, 2003, Homestead will
no longer accept personal checks for payment.
Standard Room with one Queen Bed Each
room contains a Queen size bed with a
complete kitchen (refrigerator, microwave,
coffee maker, cook-top), computer dataport,
iron and ironing board, an easy-chair,
and a 19-inch TV with remote control.
* Deluxe Room with one King Bed Each room
contains sleeper sofa and a King size
bed with a complete kitchen (refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work
area with computer dataport, iron and
ironing board, an easy-chair, and a 25-inch
TV with remote control. * Standard Room
with one King Bed Each room contains a
King size bed with a complete kitchen
(refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker,

ironing board, an easy-chair, and a 25-inch
TV with remote control. * Standard Room
with two Double Beds Each room contains
two Double size beds with a complete kitchen
(refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker,

and a 19-inch TV with remote control.
* Superior Room with one King Bed Each
room contains sleeper sofa and a King
size bed with a complete kitchen (refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker, cook-top), work
area with computer dataport, iron and
ironing board, an easy-chair, a 25-inch
TV with remote control, and a half wall
separating the living and sleeping areas.
* Handicap Facilities Seven accessible
rooms, two with roll-in showers and full
ADA approved assistive devices: bedshaker,
TDD, phone strobe visual signaler, telephone
amplification device, visual smoke alarm,
visual door signaler.
